Bio

I am a 59 year old woman who has struggled with my weight most of my adult life. I have been on a health and fitness journey for the last two years, and I have gone from an obese couch potato to participating in a triathlon in a little over a year. I want to share my successes, struggles, and some of the unlikely experiences along the way.
