I'm a WordPress developer hoping to put my English writing and communications skills to good use by shifting careers into the customer support field. I love helping people with technology, whether software or hardware, online or offline. I've been using WordPress personally and professionally for over 10 years, which includes developing WordPress websites for clients on four continents. I volunteer about 15 hours a week on the WordPress.org Support forums.
