Bio
Associate Professor in Computer Science at the University of Adelaide, South Australia. I'm a former Australian Council of Deans of ICT Learning and Teaching Academy Fellow and have been awarded the Stephen Cole the Elder Award for Excellence in Teaching, my institution's highest award for teaching.
I have several blogs but this one is my blog specifically for learning and teaching issues, thoughts and discussions. This saves you the trouble of finding the L&T content in the middle of my mumblings about video games and allows me to clearly separate one thought stream from another.
For those who are in America, my title "Associate Professor" should be read as "Tenured Professor" if that's useful. We have a different structure and I have both a PhD and (what we call) tenure. I undertake research in Computer Science education, networking, privacy and security, as well as teaching.
