Bio

Hi everyone! My name is Nick and I am from Spain! I am studying Journalism, Media and Cultural studies in Cardiff University. For my Social Media trends module, we were told to create a blog. I thought that having a blog about healthy lifestyles and positive attitudes was good for everyone to know and specially for me, as it is a thing that I have been always interested about and I also find it very important on nowaday´s life and of course, for living in a foreign country, which is not such an easy thing! :)
