Bio
Hi, I am Nickolas. I am the founder and senior software engineer of Iptanus and a software engineer at Toptal, LLC. I have more than 25 years of experience in programming. For the last 7 years I have focused on web apps, developing WordPress plugins, and creating entire websites. I have a strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and WordPress structure. I have created dozens of plugins and websites for customers; notably I am the author of WordPress File Upload, the most popular plugin for front-end file uploads.
Apart from programming, I hold a Bachelor in Aeronautics, a Master of Science in Applied Engineering and an Master in Business Administration. The last few years I work in high-tech companies. My expertise is on unmanned aerial systems, homeland security, nanotechnology and research programs.
I am Greek! I live in Athens and I like trail running.
