Bio
Natural Therapist & Author ~ As a Natural Therapeutic Specialist & a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner, I have been working in the holistic health field since 1986. Energy Medicine, Polarity Therapy changed my life. It has allowed me to assist others in releasing trauma, letting go of stress, and opening their tissue to move freely and easily through everyday life.
In 2005, I published "One of Eight–my perspective on our brother's suicide," to help myself as well as others deal with the loss of a loved one to suicide. There is much to learn from such a tragedy.
"Finding My Way From Paralysis To A Rich, Full Life," published in 2009, is a memoir and a reference guide that defines and explores natural healing methods. All of my writing is an opportunity to share what I have learned both personally and professionally. I guide others to find their way as I have found mine.
