Bio
Noire Tropical Beauty is the creation of Nerissa Alleyne. I hail from the twin island Republic of Trinidad & Tobago but currently reside in the beauty/fashion capital of the world, New York City (Harlem to be exact!). I want to introduce great makeup to my Caribbean people! I love colour, and makeup, and I have been natural for years! I also love great food, culture, sports and laid back vibes!
