Citizen concerned about huge substation being built on farm property surrounded by single family homes. One of the largest in the country! The citizens and property owners loose their property values and natural environment for wildlife while the corporations make more money. The electricity hardly goes to the MD peoples...
this is a sad reflection on our MD and the United States GREEN future.
