I have two very successful Real Estate Sites that I strive to keep informative yet fun!
I have been in Real Estate for over 14 years. I am very connected with the pulse of the market, trends and statistics.
Over time I have seen many agents come and go. There was a time in this industry that if you could talk and smile, you could sell a home. Well, I am very thankful those days are over. Now that the market has weeded out agents, you are left with only the best. Only the strongest, the agents who have worked through a down market and continued to be successful through it all.
I take my job very seriously. My clients depend on me, trust in me, and know that I will only do what’s best for them. I am thankful to have earned such wonderful people in my life. Most of my data base has come from past clients. I am very proud of that!
The only advice I can give to you is work with some one who has a good resume of clients, who has been in the business over 5 years, who sells Real Estate FULL time. Most of all, find someone who is looking out for YOUR best interest!
