Bio
Inspired by information learned about Weston A. Price through Sally Fallon, writer of "Nourishing Traditions". Four years of living on nutrient dense REAL foods: natural (raw) milk, butter, cream and cheese; cultured dairy and fermented fruits and veggies; pastured and grass fed meats and eggs; and natural sugars and fermented drinks! I have three children and a husband and live in Wine Country on Long Island.
