Bio
We quit our jobs, packed our stuff and left the U.S. to create a new life in southern Italy. With help from our family and friends, we're exporting our own organic extra-virgin olive oil and hosting guests on intimate, food and wine-focused tours of Puglia. We launched our business, Pascarosa, in 2013, sharing our love of Puglia's genuine places and people everyday at www.pascarosa.com
