Bio
I have a passion for both the power of the healing arts;complementary care modalities, and the prevention of illness.
I am interested in helping people with pain, anxiety, problems sleeping and stress. This can be accomplished in individual sessions for Therapeutic Touch, Reflexology, and Integrative Imagery as well as individual education sessions to learn strategies and tips for both managing stress and getting a good night's sleep.
I am interested in your story and how I can be most helpful to you.
I have over 30 years of experience in health care, the last 20 years working primarily with women. I am a RN, a Certified Health Education Specialist, a Qualified Therapeutic Touch Practitioner, a Certified Reflexologist, and a certified Integrative Imagery practitioner.
Referrals to area health care professionals are provided as needed.
