Our staff is recognized for their technical expertise, communication, variety, imagination, and knowledge.Through creativity of design in collaboration to express and define individual beauty, we execute customized images from demure and soft, to modern and edgy. Our promise to you is that we will deliver the latest and most advanced techniques through our continuing education. We have a passion for our industry, and a belief in ourselves and our entire team.
Our team of designers specialize in custom cutting and coloring techniques to suit your specific style and needs. We are a full-service salon offering hair cutting & coloring, permanent/demi-permanent relaxing/smoothing, facial and body waxing, makeup/cosmetic services, spa nail services, and facials/skincare. For your convenience, we carry every product that we use in the salon at affordable prices.
As a team, we only utilize RUSK techniques, products and blades-unlike any other salon in the valley. Onyx is also the home of several Rusk Educators from the world renowned Rusk Design Team, which there are less than 300 worldwide located in over 22 countries. These Rusk Educators travel nationally to instruct hairdressers on product knowledge, the latest trends, and any Rusk techniques in classes or at corporate hair shows.
Onyx has been featured in several nationally distributed trade magazines such as "Style Source" and "Salon Today", and is also on the “Hot 100 Salons in America” List in Beauty Entertainment Magazine.
