Bio
Steven Karris is the founder and president of Orchard Publications. He earned his bachelors degree in electrical engineering at Christian Brothers University, Memphis, Tennessee, his masters degree in rlectrical engineering at Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Florida, and has done post-master work at the latter. He is a registered professional engineer in California and Florida. He has over 30 years of professional engineering experience in industry, and over 25 years of teaching experience acquired at San Jose State University, San Jose, California, and at UC Berkeley, Berkeley, California. Has authored and published 12 texts in advanced mathematics, electrical engineering, and information technology.
