Bio
For the past 30+ years, I've been teaching people to move younger as they age. We have greater potential for ease and comfort in doing the things we need and want to do than we may realize. As a teacher of the Feldenkrais Method® of Movement Education, I offer weekly classes for older adults as well as people living with Parkinson's disease to enable safety, independence, enjoyable activity and well-being.
