Bio
In May 2016, Florence LaFrance founded Organizing With Passion and left corporate establishment in pursuit of her passion. Over the past decade, she used her diverse knowledge and experience to assist individuals and small businesses in developing personalized solutions to often complex matters associated with life transitions. Her corporate career spans over 30 years and includes experience in facilities management; space planning; move logistics; small business oversight; personnel and administration; program security; and workflow, records, and file management.
In her spare time, she enjoys drawing and painting, hiking, reading, travel, home renovations, and animals. Florence also finds pleasure in volunteering with the Alzheimer’s Association.
Her key to success is always to treat her clients with the upmost discretion and respect. Therefore, she does not disclose details relative to the project performed, to include enforcing a no-before-picture media policy.
She truly enjoys working with people to help bring them peace of mind—and more time for the things that matter most in life—family, friends, and "me-time.”
