Citizens for a Camano Library is officially a Political Action Committee, registered with the state of Washington as a Ballot Committee, formed for the express purpose of securing a permanent library for Camano Island.
· The legal address of Citizen for a Camano Library is 1992 S. Elger Bay Rd., #414.
· Citizens for a Camano Library is a separate organization from the Camano Island Library Friends group and has a completely different tax status. Contributions to the PAC are not tax deductible, while contributions to the Friends are.
