Bio
Yoga transforms lives all around the world, and I want to be a part of it! In April, I am traveling to Kenya with the nonprofit African Yoga Project (AYP) to receive my 200hr Yoga teacher training certification. As part of my service to AYP, I am volunteer teaching at prisons, schools and orphanages in Nairobi, Kenya. I have also committed to raising $4,000 by March 31st, which goes directly to AYP to support service projects and keep free yoga classes running for over 5,000 people in the surrounding communities.
