Bio
Despite being a qualified solicitor and having been trained to think analytically, I am really a creative person at heart and this is where my passion lies. For many years, I have suppressed my creative side, dismissing this aspect of my life as a pastime but increasingly I have found myself feeling frustrated until I finally began to explore my innate desires and talents such as writing. I always enjoyed writing but abandoned my imaginative inclination to pursue a steady, academic career.
However, years later I have returned to my first love and resumed writing both novels and plays. My love of the theatre and performing acts have been developed by the opportunities I've had to perform in plays which have been written by myself as well as by others.
I enjoy encouraging and assisting others to reach their potential and to this end, I tutor both adults and children and often find myself helping people to explore what they enjoy and where their gifts lie.
Another of my greatest loves includes travelling. For me it's thrilling to experience different environments, to admire dramatic landscapes and to learn about other cultures, not merely from textbooks but firsthand.
