Bio
Patrick has broad experience in consulting international companies for more than twelve years on strategy, finance and process redesign. His entrepreneurial skills were developed at an early age, being raised in a funeral business environment. Patrick worked as a consultant for Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He developed his entrepreneurial career as a partner with an innovation company ULURU.
Interest and passion for business models started in the late nineties when companies explored this area. Some succeeded, some were part of the bubble. The business model canvas of Alexander Osterwalder was the way forward. Clients see and realize the potential of it.
In the Dutch CFO network Patrick is an active member and he contributes to events organized by CxO Media and Alex van Groningen. Patrick published various articles amongst others “Spin-out business models” Holland Management Review (2000), “Spin-out management” Nyenrode Review (2001), “Leergang Outsourcing” Euroforum (2004), “Backoffice in or out?” CFO Magazine (2005), “Near or offshoring?” CFO Magazine (2006).
