Bio
I am a Level 3 Raw Food Chef who loves developing delicious, nutritious raw and vegan recipes. I am addressing my Multiple Sclerosis with nutrition and a healthy lifestyle and living drug free. I lived at a Creative Health Institute in Union City, Michigan for a year and a half and became certified as a raw living food holistic health counselor in the tradition of Ann Wigmore. In August 2012 I'll begin working for Green Smoothie Girl Robyn Openshaw in Utah and I look forward to this unique and wonderful experience. Many people who have friends and family members with Multiple Sclerosis ask me for tips and advice. I'm still learning and I feel pretty good about my journey so far. I hope you'll enjoy reading my blog and learning with me. This winter I hope to learn to downhill ski and to revisit my interest in tango dancing. Take THAT Multiple Sclerosis! You scared the crap out of me for a few years; I'll admit it. But you will not squash my dreams.
