Bio
Author and attorney practicing law in Pennsylvania, counseling the elderly and immigrants to the United States. Paul's undergraduate and graduate education was in government and law that culminated in his being awarded a fellowship in international law. His career as a lawyer began in the U.S. Attorney's Office in Philadelphia followed by the creation of a private law firm now located in a suburb of the city.
