PAUL JOHNSTON: Local councillor 1998-2010. recently Conservative Shadow Executive Member for Health and Adult Social services and Chair of Housing Consultative Committee. Now active in two Residents' Association in Surbiton Hill and Chair of the Kingston Federation of Residents. Chair of RBK Housing Consultative Committee until its dissolution by the Council in May 2016. Appointed Hon. Alderman RBK in April 2016
