Welcome, this is Paggi Pazzo, cooking and grilling enthusiast that loves to fire up the smoker or prepare my mother's favorite Roman dishes for my family and friends. If I'm not cooking <a href="http://paggipazzo.com/2011/08/19/paella-on-the-grill-and-sangria-on-the-side/" rel="nofollow">paella on the grill</a>, <a href="http://paggipazzo.com/2011/08/31/smoked-pork-ribs-recipe/" rel="nofollow">smoking ribs</a> for hours, making <a href="http://paggipazzo.com/2011/08/25/la-pizza-margherita/" rel="nofollow">home made pizza</a>, or preparing my favorites <a href="http://paggipazzo.com/2011/09/09/authentic-bucatini-amatriciana-recipe/" rel="nofollow">bucatini all'amatriciana</a> and <a href="http://paggipazzo.com/2011/11/10/pasta-carbonara-recipe/" rel="nofollow">spaghetti alla carbonara</a> - I'm usually spending time with my beautiful family or working (sadly :-).
This site is purely created to share my enthusiasm with others about healthy eats (for the most part), grilling, and sharing food on the table with others - and plenty of vino :-).
