Bio
I'm the author of The Art of Reassembly: A Memoir of Early Mother Loss and Aftergrief and a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner. I earned a master’s in journalism and worked in corporate communication before focusing on raising my family. Now I write, practice energy healing, and lead workshops in Cincinnati, Ohio, where I also volunteer at a children’s grief center. My essays have appeared at The Good Men Project, The Cincinnati Enquirer, Austin Fit Magazine, and Manifest-Station.
