Bio
As long as I can remember, healthy living has been a passion of mine. It was always something I had incorporated into my life, and while raising my family. I never knew there was a career titled “health coach”. My lifelong passion took shape as an occupation at the suggestion of my son.
As I approached the age of 50, I experienced anxiety around my perception that I was going to be “old”. My health challenges have included surgeries, dieting, osteoporosis, and migraine headaches. I have since learned to embrace my age, feeling healthier and more vibrant.
I have a healthy appreciation for food and love to cook. Nourishing my family has been a top priority for me. I used to struggle with menu planning and “what to fix for lunch or dinner”.
As a busy wife, mother, and business woman, I struggled with menu planning, bringing my son back to good health, finding time to nurture relationships, and maintain a fitness routine. My personal journey has been enlightening, challenging, and fun. I look forward to each day and make time for the important things in life.
I love to teach and inspire, gently coaching you to live your authentic life with zest, panache, and peace. I feel this will be accomplished when I coach you to find your balanced life, unique style, and fulfillment.
Hugs,
Peggy
