Derek Irvin is an educator, entrepreneur, speaker, author. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership
in August 2019. His dissertation addressed the school-to-prison pipeline (mass incarceration), an explicative inquiry on of African-American Administrators of Correctional Education Programming in Higher Education.
