Bio
Hello and welcome to my website Personal Care Service. My name is Janice Redfern and I would like to share my work experience with you. I began my career as a secretary and retired from the post when I started to raise a family. During this time I became an Ofsted Registered Childminder and when my family were older my Mother required a little extra help so I retired from childminding to become a Home help assisting her. I dealt with employing carers, sorting her medication , payroll and direct payments. Alongside this, my own work was increasing . Now that my family have flown the nest and my Mother has passed on, I made the decision to further my career once again. This time as a Personal Assistant, as I enjoy helping individuals whose needs require a little more than the normal everyday task. Having become fully qualified with East Sussex County Council, not only am I accredited on their Support with Confidence Scheme, but I also run my own company, as you will see when you click on the numerous services I have to offer.
