Bio
By day I'm a project manager in the corporate communications industry, by night I'm a formalwear enthusiast. Planning a transatlantic crossing on the Queen Mary 2 back in 2004 I couldn't find any decent information on the web regarding proper black tie so after five years of research I created The Black Tie Guide, an 80-page opus that has become the world's go-to resource for the history and etiquette of men's evening wear. I also have a blog on the subject and am continually on the look out for any excuse to don a dinner jacket. I'm married to my husband of ten years who, for the record, also looks damn good in a tuxedo.
