Bio
Hello and welcome to Planned Then Prepped!
Planning and preparing meals has always been a passion of mine. When I was a young girl I would cook with my grandma and I loved spending time with her in the kitchen. These early experiences have led me to wanting to share my knowledge with everyone so they can enjoy cooking and preparing meals for their families too!
I created my Planned Then Prepped Instagram page when I created my meal planning book. I developed this meal and workout planner to help me organize my life. Having two boys who are extremely interested in doing activities through school and our rec clubs means we have busy weeks. This planner has saved us time, money, and stress as everyone in the household can help participate in the planning, shopping, and preparing for meals throughout the week.
When I fill it out it also provides a time for me to slow down and think through the week. This time allows for me to be intentional about when and where I will fit in my workouts. Fitness and nutrition are exciting to me and I hope to help you find a way to make it exciting for yourself and your family too!
