Bio
I am Scott Borack ... writer, blogger, technical professional, career coach. I am interested in telling my story and sharing my experiences from having worked with many different types of teams. Particularly my thoughts and observations stem from collaborating with software techies. I have plenty of ammo to provide guidance and suggestions as I've lead and facilitated teams, and been a teammate as well. I've played a lot of sports in my lifetime to know what great teams look like, and see many similarities that I'd like to write about. I look forward to sharing and learning from others equally.
