Bio
I am the co-founder and director of New Research Voices and a Post Doctoral Researcher at the University of Geneva where my research looks at higher education in emergencies. I have a PhD from La Sapienza University of Rome where my research looked at the developing public higher education system in Ethiopia. My main interests are in international development, education and human rights.
