Bio

I was born in northern CA but have lived in southern CA for 40 years, since I married my wonderful husband John. We have 2 great grown boys, 2 rescue cats and our oldest lives with us. I have recently lost 60 pounds and have a support group to help others do the same and keep it off through guided meditation.
