Bio
Artist Pamela Corwin of Paper Scissors Rock creates clocks, magnets and alarm clocks from original paintings in her studio in Olympia, Washington. Her work is available in over 300 stores nationwide. Pamela works in acrylics and watercolors, sometimes adding elements of collage to her work. She has been in business for 25 years and her work has been featured on several national television shows as well as in magazines such as House Beautiful, Seventeen, Washington, and Pacific Northwest. In 1996 Pamela was commissioned to paint an egg for the White House Easter tree and was chosen to design the Pike Place Market Festival Poster in 2000.
Pamela is on the faculty of Arts Business Institute. Her classes include an eight-week class on running a viable art business, a series of classes on arts business topics and a weekend Art Business workshop twice a year in Seattle, WA.
