Bio
Lucky Stars Puppets is a one woman traveling puppet theatre, serving audiences of children in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Owner and performer, Wendy Starman Papier, has also served as a writer, TV & radio producer, public health advisor, and manager of an interfaith nuclear weapons reduction initiative. During her career in Washington D.C., Wendy also directed a Concert of Hope (1999), featuring Archbishop Desmond Tutu, for the Washington National Cathedral's millennium celebration.
