Bio
I founded Push to Walk after my son, Darren, sustained a C5 spinal cord injury in July 2004. He was 18 at the time, and dove off our family boat into shallow water at the Jersey Shore. Having no options for specialized exercise in the entire NY/NJ area, we formed Push to Walk as a non profit organization to help Darren and the many others with spinal cord injuries and paralysis.
