Bio
I have a small business which brings in aromatic resins, perfumes and clothing from the Middle East and Africa. I live on a remote mountain-top in mid-coast NSW, Australia. I'm passionate about my child, listening to and playing music, my business, the river next to my house, learning languages (which allows me to speak to old men in markets all over the world), economic justice and international trade issues, education for all but particularly for young women in developing countries, indigo blue, and finding ways to support the people and things I care about. I've lived for extended periods in Turkey and Oman, and spent a lot of time in Senegal, where I own a small plot of land which I shall one day retire to and grow chickens and West African gourds.
