(or is that PROFILES = Plural): Here's a few of ours that are still: (um) Searchable via any of our main websites, or keywords: It all started away back in 2002 - with the purchase of what was supposed to become our #1 (always live at Windows Live) Website - which was our original 2002 "QUIX.co.nz" New Zealand Domain Namespace. Being good at what we were registered as, (in the early 1980's) that of a fully trained - NZ Industrial Electrician - where we had not only been trained in, but continued to work in, all aspects of "mains powered" 3phase Industrial and Domestic Switchboard Construction, that also led through to installing & final commissioning of various installations "including many a PLC / computer based control panel", we knew the fundamentals of "creating / building & maintaining our own website", (thus in 2002 that Web-page was setup & founded via http://www.QUIX.co.nz/ ). However we (somehow) lost direct access into it - as, after a few years (although we still had the original Windows Live account, but after their master website closed down ?) - we discovered they had "pre-transferred" (migrated they called it) our account, across into Wordpress, where we could still "log-in" to our original construction site - with the site showing as QUIXdotCOdotNZ - but which now "auto-tagged_itself" onto Wordpress (using a subdomain ) - while retaining the same logins that we had used on Windows Live? But knows where it went (our paid for, and thus held with, our NZ Domain Registrar, - our redirection DNS records - because all we know, is that it got LOST & thus hidden (from public discovery). Thus we circumvented the need to try and convince our "then" Registrar / WAP cellphone ISP, to check the redirect, as they didn't have any visible control / admin setup, to allow us (on an old "non-internet-connected" CDMA flip/cellphone, anyway to see into our dashboard, (WITHOUT A PHYSICAL COMPUTER - that we did not have at that time, using just a local library computer, when needed TO READ ( & REPLY TO EMAILS ) once a week, so we were entirely at the mercy of our Registrar / ISP (doing all the admin for us), which made confirmations &/or updates, extremely difficult, (or as we found, nigh on impossible) & So - circumvention was "the" only recourse from 2003 onwards, even though we purchased our own office PC in 2006 & got "connected" via a sluggish ADSL modem, over copper. Hence why, many years later, we simplified that (during 2014) with our own administration controls, via a newer Domain Name of: ... http://QUIX.kiwi Plus we also had lots more Domain names by that time (and many more since - to be exact). To the extent that a "lot" of our initial 14 TLD URL's, were whittled back during Covid(some-number), until we kept buying more since then (and forwarding those across numerous sub-domains at other websites, for free) until once again we have way too many as that count now exceeds 17+. Most being "forward-only" as redirects, that are for the public to use, instead of trying to search for all of our (can't even remember how many we built ourself as blogs across the vastness of INNERNET (Internet) space - that allowed ourselves & the general public, to search for some via both NZ and World Wide website uses (such as) via: http://QUIX-NZ.com (since redacted & held back / lifted from any redirections) http://QUIX4U.com (this goes to our Gravatar profile, with AUTOMATTIC / & thus interconnects with Wordpress Account/s) http://QUIX4U.co.nz (now goes direct into our "business" CEO's private/after-hours "contact" profile) And there's many others including such as: http://QUIXtm.co.nz It's for QUIX©™ .. "the musician's NZ Company blog", hosted since 2007, at THE BIG IDEA (website) for artists & the general public, to access, away up in Auckland, where we've been trying to educate, - with little success (?) all Aucklander's, with the fundamental knowledge, that there ALREADY EXISTS a "correctly registered" NZ Company Business - trading as QUIX™ (since 1999), something entirely lost on at least several now, "apparent cyber-squatters", who not only "registered" variant TLD/URL's. But one of whom, (an ex-patent lawyer and "at that time", a Director of what we believe was the BLACKPEPPER Website designer business - whom we "met with" in an appointment, to discuss website build options? In 2007) ... that also registered "our multiple used trading-as NON-REGISTERABLE mark" - of QUIX™ as if their own - IN 2008 ? Done so that it directly aims that towards the one "trade" THAT we have no intention of being registered within, "that of septic-tank dwellers = PLUMBERS", as we - a NZ Company, can simply sub-contract any Registered Plumber - for any temporary contract we need them for - "using our trademark for that job/SUB-contact". Hence why, on our return to Otago, we initiated the PUBLIC BLOG within the charity organisation, for Auckland artists of all types (and sports etc., too) - at THE BIG IDEA - in Auckland.!!! Advising all up there, that a PRE-EXISTING & FULLY REGISTERED NZ COMPANY was already using that as a world-wide "trading-as" MARK (& had been doing so since 1998), but also that it's owner / managing Director / Sole Shareholder (being it's fully registered NZ Electrician from the early 1980's), had been using it, both for his NZ Electrical Registration "work" in the 1980's and 1990's - alongside, & thus along with, his personal uses thereof, since 1965 - being the year when he discovered MULTIPLE CHANNELS of Analogue Surround Sound, (the simple way), and started telling people he could do the same for them at a "price" Being our initial entering date (1965) - of going into any form of PAID "local NZ business venture" Which seems to have backfired somewhat, as that :"dirty, lowdown" ex-patent attorney/website builder "Director" (we most likely met with) used our t/a "name/mark" to register it for themselves, as a "registered" TRADEMARK - but ONLY in Plumbing Services As we (obviously) had already been using it in the Electrical Trade and in advertising thereof, inside the documentations of our many 1998/1999 Patents - as a "goods mark" - and had also been using (since 1998/1999) on some of our PATENTED / self-made inventive products. They almost succeeded in "stealing it" (from us), by a snide "backside" attack through the Domain Name Commission's tribunal, by trying to pervert justice - "claiming they had registered rights", that circumvented ours, FROM TEN YEARS PRIOR - for all of our many uses, world wide, of QUIX in business, and on advertising materials from 1998 onwards, as well as created websites AND a "personalised vehicle registration plate" with Q U I X (purchased legally in 1998) - except that THEY forgot about the cardinal rule of "1st in / 1st served", in relation to anyone securing a NON REGISTERED NAME (at the time) which meant our 2002 registration of the Domain Name (that they abused in litigation in 2012, & via email bombing around that time, as well as ever since) far preceded their own stupid registration, of a pre-existing business use of our exceedingly well published "trading as mark" (by a Registered NZ Company), so they fuddled any chance of THEN, or later, falsely claiming (via the official NZ Judicial Courts) - any ridiculous accusation, that their LATER registration "of a pre-existing trade mark" could ever possibly overturn our pre-existing PRIORITY RIGHT to use that as an UNREGISTERED mark, (that we used in way too many "other categories", to be financial enough to afford to register all those categories, that we used that t/a "mark" - within). So we still retain all priority rights, to our trading mark uses. World Wide,. We now have multiple variants of Domain Names using QUIX somewhere in these TLD/URL & ccTLD/URL domain variants. Then there's a couple of "self explanatory" ccTLD's: Vanity Domain Names they are called, that have no registered business name to latch onto, however, they serve a "word description" purpose, such as: 1/- http://eFlowers4U.co.nz (that lands on ONE of our several blogsites within Wordpress) Where anyone can view & use -"for free", with - NO COPYRIGHTS ATTACHED Our fully copyrighted "slogan using keyboard characters, found growing (dust &/or fingerprints) on any computerised keyboard.. Free-Gift-Away "electronic Flowers" 4U via: http://eFlowerd4U.co.nz/ (to be precise) A copyrighted, (but open licenced) Pictorial Character "set", displaying a virtual bunch of non-existent electronic-only, flowers, that anyone can reuse with or without, attribution, BUT that no one can ver thus CLAIM to hold any registration of a MARK using that exact character set.. I don't know if an Underscore is usable, as a (registered) trade mark "starter".. Oh + (Just as obviously - we have this vanity word-name) http://L84DNR.co.nz As you WILL "need a packed lunch" (with you at all times) and possibly enough liquid refreshments & other supplies - for a month-long-vacation (in front of a computer screen) ... as well as soft furnishings to allow you to take several "naps" upon...? , When you go and WATCH "over 300 videos" .!!! ALL of our 1999 registered NZ Company details. + http://WSTLNZ.com This goes "across the entire Pacific Ocean", taking audiophiles into our friend's USA Based "analog-amplifier" (& associated products) website, where "oh boy", he has lots of audio & videos (& pages typed there too). We (obviously) don't cloak our Domain Name (there), as we want YOU to see the connection we have with them - in all things audio. Such as this image of him & I holding the exact same finished prototype, here in our NZ Business yard, (outside my residence in 2024), when he came back here in NZ to continue mutual talks, started in 2012, whereby we intended bringing him out here (at his request) which could have allowed him the ability to "buy-in" to become a minor/partial shareholder of our fully established REGISTERED NZ Company structure, enabling him to work towards permanent residency while developing his many products (that my company desperately needed) - to our mutual gain, until the NZ Govt, stepped in and demanded a NZ$100,000 "non-refundable" Business to Residency Visa Application FEE (Fee - nah it was an underhanded PRE_TAX on a new startup business, designed to kill anyone's intention to come here, unless they were TOO WEALTHY (in which case, why would they even bother coming here? To start up a new business inside NZ?) Being about NZ$99,990 more than I had at the time, and I suspect almost as much short, for him to pay out - for NO GAIN as it would "only" have allowed him (& I) three years to build up our combined business venture, enough to "employ" at least TEN existing NZ Unemployed persons, as well as generating sufficient external revenue, to support HIM (if not myself) during his three year VISA - before the NZ Govt, would have forcibly sent him packing.. NOT - (one may add), a very nice way to treat someone who intended investing in the survival and growth, of a pre-existing, but struggling NZ Start-up - that desperately required his services, for no PAYEE - just inferred retained funds. That he could draw down on, to survive.? We already had ACCESS to a 3bdrm house, that My elderly Dad was originally in (on his own) until 2013, when we were in a position to buy it through MY company funds, so housing our American counterpart here - was NOT going to be a problem, just the single main concern of ? Where COULD we find anyone who wished to literally toss away, a 1/10th of a million NZ$$$$, just to appease the NZ Immigration Department (= NZ Govt,. for short) in a silly highly overpriced (pre-tax) visa application fee, with absolutely NO CERTAINTY that they would even grant the visa - that he needed to enter, and start setting up within our company structure - here.??
