Bio
Rain Chan is a writer and performer who is currently studying Traditional Chinese Medicine. Most recently, Rain was awarded second place for her play <i>The Virus</i> at Pat the Dog Theatre Creation 24-playwriting contest. Rain's writing has been published in Pink Ink, Venus, and The Jarvis Jargon. Rain’s play <i>Lullaby for the Abandoned</i> has been showcased at the New Ideas Festival and Cahoots Theatre Company’s LIFT OFF! Festival. These days, she spends much of her evenings training in aerial arts including aerial silks, and rope. Rain has been practicing qigong for over two years and enjoys meditating on a regular basis. Rain was awarded two medals at the Toronto Health Qigong Tournament and Exchange. During her spare time, Rain finds pleasure in learning computer programming and is currently learning Python. Rain is currently working on her first sci-fi novel.
