Bio
Hi, my name is Steven but you can call me Adawehi'Tzak which means Conjuring Wizard Diviner. As with most things that go on around this joint, I didn't pick or chose this name so let's get that straight and get on to the point. I'm a retired electrical engineer repurposed to work with the arts, or more accurately to reunite with the gift that I came into this world with and to use and express in what ever medium feels right at heart, harms none, benefits others in a round about way as well as myself and most importantly lights my fire. My neighbor(s) both figuratively and literally bestowed this magical description upon my being. The first half of the name is taken from the Cherokee Clan that once occupied lands I currently reside upon, these peoples were known as the Red Paint Clan or Adawehi (Wizards, Magicians). The T'zak is Mayan, and means divination or to conjure. Both parts of the name come from naturally occurring circumstances and situations in my own life and presented to me at the precise point and time as to leave no question of doubt. The first being simply by moving an living on grounds soaked knee deep in the blood and bones of a long standing society of a tribal culture of Indigenous Americans who before me, have lived on these same ground for 20,000+ years or more. The second part "T'zak" is beyond coincidence and comes with an interesting humorous background. Conjuring is a bit strong of a word to describe that which I do, albeit with a high degree of respect, gratitude, and honor I do enter their domicile with hat in hand respectfully calling out into the blackness of the night and still of the forest for my friends to come join me for some dance, music, tobacco, and offerings. To which I usually receive the honor and sheer majesty of their presence. More accurately, maybe I think they're the ones conjuring/summoning me from the comfort and safety of home to come out alone in the wee hours, armed only with a drum and star/moonlight for light to see and settle in an old chair I keep down by the creek and fall into trance.
If you could see what usually happens once I get there, you'd be stunned and amazed to see spirit-like Beings arrive in vapor like clouds of mist or fog that I've called white smoke, that comes with intelligent intent coming upon me, their target and some cases spin round and round engulfing me in it's white silent whirl wind before gradually disappating leaving some beings standing before me in usually a slightly holographic form. As I became more aware of "White Smoke" from my own body, I began paying closer attention to theirs too. The interesting and exciting observation came to me when I began noticing my own emmanations of this Etheric substance wafting off my body in denser, thicker, rapidly vibrating plumes that would join with theirs possessing similar if not exact same functions and actions. I can honestly say now that this ability to see my etheric body and that of everything was a "Gift" from the Yunwi Tsundi, The Cherokee Little People. I could give a heart felt sincere endless thank you's to them but it breaks their law, instead, rather I say that my cup overrunneth with infinite gratitude in this and my afterlife. I began seeing white smoke for the first time in my life outside a cave behind my home after leaving some offerings there and sat to meditate a while. It was here and nearly every day since then, it's an ongoing gift, on-demand anytime. after noticing my own body emitting and receiving it. It's called Ether and has been blotted out of physics as a part of the intentional dumbing down process that's been seen throughout academia in nearly all countries. If you're like me, you'd either be doing the same and share the ecstatic joy this type of work brings with it. Since doing this sort of odd ritual for over three years, I've not watched a single movie, news broadcast, anything from a television or computer. Through the trust and relationship we share, they brought magic into my life, showing me, demonstrating that I'm a Star! The Star of my own movie, there are never days I have to distract my mind from life besides dedicating my work towards my passion of sharing with anyone interested in doing the same, becoming their own Star, Guru, and every kind of self-empowering thing possible, eclipsing everything and anything. To put it bluntly, it's greater than orgasm, yet like an orgasm is impossible to describe the momentary bliss to someone that's never had one. On the other hand this sort of night in the woods with all sorts of spirits, ghosts, interdimensional Beings coming and going isn't for everyone and would send many running back home in horror I suppose. I've had little to no takers on joining me for one of my usual nightly activities with the Fae barring bad weather. I've never understood this and still scratch my head why, thinking that if the shoe were on the other foot, I'd be all over it before the one who invited me could say Abrahadabra! To each his or her own. I don't judge, nor project, and I'm not a hater. I fight evil with love only when comes around my front door. Like life, Nature has its ups and downs, good and bad. I respect anyone's right to do as they will in regards to this sort of business.
Years later after the birth of the name I use, the prophecies of the First Nations Peoples of both North and South America were made known to me. In particular the Warriors of the Rainbow and later the Condor and the Eagle. Of course, it didn't take my Gemini Moon mind to connect dots as it loves to do naturally. The Magickal name: (pronounced: Adawhiyzic). Derived from the Cherokee is the Eagle. And the Mayan part of the name T'zak is the Condor. The name brings a vibrational resonance from thousands of years. Combined these two words bring to our times the vibrational signature of tens of thousands of years of a long history of their collective use.
I am a Shaman. No doubt, from my earliest memories of my current incarnation I've reveled in the mysteries of Nature, spending as much time as I'd get away with growing up. But I prefer to think of myself as a solo Wizard. The word's deeper meaning is "Wise sard". I have no certifications, papers with permission to call myself or claim that I can offer services under the title of "Shaman". I've read and heard that a true Shaman would never make such a bold claim, even with a paper certifiying this framed and hung on an office wall. To this end I"m not too smart as I think how some would consider a person like me arrogant or egoic based by coming out and saying it. To do less than this by anyone who has the calling is being less than honest with themselves and others. Poor etiquette or not, I can't remain silent on the matter. One either knows with every atom in their body or not. Besides knowing without doubt, I walk in the footsteps of my Grandmother, and those of her mother, Ma Crofton a Seer, Psychic, White Witch, and Healer... A Shamaness in her own right born with a gift that helped a lot of people find lost items money, wedding rings, missing people, pets, and themselves, Growing up I've heard so many stories about how she helped those in need without expectation of payments for her services. Even she's no longer with us, some sixty years after her death, her life and gifts of the psychic kind virtually still lives on in the internet and physically through me, her great-grandson, her blood lives on.
After almost two years spent venturing out into woods that surround my home, creekside, deep in the remote mountain forests on the border of Pisgah National Forest, I have finally found my true calling and that which resonates with my soul. The name and profile photo I use alludes to that which I am and am doing.
