Bio

I'd be the best at talking if it were a profession. Particularly when it pertains to mental health, I always have something to say. You can blame shame and stigma for the fact that there is so much that is not being said. As my voice is an extension of who I am and who I am not, I choose not to be silent. I rant, and I'm happy with what I do. I AM UNASHAMED!!!
