Bio
I write historical novels about the gutsy women of the Hebrew and Christian Bibles using my degree in the Philosophy of Religion and my proclivity for extensive research. I love to run to the end of the academic road and then keep on going through the artichoke fields to explore the probabilities, the intelligent guesses, and the most likely scenarios beyond the canon narrative. These ancient texts hold a well-kept secret: women have always held a great deal more power and respect than we have been led to believe. I currently live in Italy while I complete a novel about Junia, the only named female apostle in the New Testament.
