Bio
I own several businesses. First is my bicycle tour company, Viva Travels. I organize custom guided and self-guided tours to the most beautiful places in Europe to ride your bike! I'd much rather be cycling whenever possible.
I am also avid about indoor cycling and have spent the past 15 years educating and certifying Spinning instructors, first for Spinning®, and now for the Indoor Cycling Association which I founded in 2011. Our goal is to educate and inspire instructors to teach the safest and most effective classes, built around cycling principles. I am passionate about helping people to Reach Their Peak in all areas of their lives. I am also a coach, personal trainer and a former ski instructor.
