Bio
Rebekah Demirel, L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist and counselor (British Columbia R.P.C.), specializing in trauma integration. She is a former British Columbia ambulance paramedic and paramedic trainer for over two decades. Rebekah was also a home-less teen on the streets of Vancouver and she is a survivor of the foster care system.
Rebekah’s work includes using acupuncture, East Asian medicine and counseling to help people struggling with addiction, stress and grief. She is a strong advocate for health, empowerment, and housing for all people. Rebekah’s joy is creating community through, listening, connecting and sharing her wisdom, wit and compassion.
