Bio
I was born Maria Elena Alberici but began using Maria Lauren in multi-media. My mission is to bring the benefits of a healthy lifestyle to corporations, wellness centers or wherever you are living.
I was fortunate to understand the value of health and fitness, as far back as I remember. This led me to be the first woman to win two national fitness awards in one year.
My passion for singing, dancing and entertaining brought me into the world of show business where I performed with legendary stars Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and many more. This led me to co-write a book about these times, Beyond Our Wildest Dreams, selling now on Amazon.
Currently, I am a lifestyle educator at Kaiser Permanente and fitness program director at Renew Your Power.
