Bio
M Sc Counselling and Family Therapy, Former intern @ GMERS Civil Hospital, a Teacher Trainer and a Content Creator - and yes, I started as a teacher. Child and Adolescent behaviour and Positive Psychology have remained areas of special interest for me all along. Roots and Wings has been created with the intention of pouring all my knowledge, insight and experiences into the blog in order to support to all those dedicated to the thriving and well being of children.
