The Retail Report is the spot to get up-to-date information about Canada’s retail sector and the working world. It is an honest, daring and insightful view of the problems, experiences and excitement of the industries that we all work in.
It is time. For employees, students and the people of Canada to start listening, learning, responding and reacting to the truths about Canada’s working world. Why settle for minimum wages? Little or no benefits? Every employee deserves a decent job and great wages and working conditions we can truly live on…and here at the R&R we believe that every employee deserves these things because every employee is a human being and it is possible to achieve these things for every employee.
How? It starts with taking back from the corporations what is rightfully ours. It starts with believing that corporations do not deserve 500 times the amount of money than everyone else because without their employees they wouldn’t have a multi-billion dollar company to begin with.
It starts with recognizing that we are all employees, and we all deserve a great life.
The R&R will deliver the stories, statistics and opinions from the retail world. We encourage controversies, disagreements and debates. It is only through discussion, awareness and thought that we can change the Retail world.
