Bio
I am the founder and co-ordinator of a project called SHARP
(Self-Help Art and Recovery Project). I help develop self-help groups for people with complex mental health problems and design self-management resources for people who have self-harming thoughts or hear voices. I use my art and performance writing to educate the wider public about self-harm and complex mental health difficulties.
