Bio
I am an independent management consultant having managed high profile and challenging projects in uncertain circumstances. I have rescued and started successful projects from scratch in the medical device, pharmaceutical, automotive, and defense industries. Currently I am researching a compliance crisis in the medical device industry. 1/3 of all FDA site inspections result in voluntary or official actions. This has held steady since 2009, with no signs of improvement. I am calling quality managers and CEO's across the USA to find out more about the causes of non-compliance and possible remedies.
