Bio

I have had an interest in photography for many years. I remember clearly taking a photography class while in Jr. High School. I still have an original Kodak Brownie Holiday Camera. Over the years, my photographic efforts have had high points and low points in my level of activity. I have always continued to take photographs. In 2018, there was a Facebook challenge… -Post a photo a day -Black & White only -No pet or people -No explanations -For six days total ... I was intrigued and what resulted from this challenge was 365 days of B&W photos. With my retirement, I delved fully into my love of photography. I get out at least twice a week on photography outings to explore Washington State. I post daily photographs on Facebook and in the group Black and White Photography World, of which I am a Moderator. I shoot in B&W, as well as in Color. I enjoy creating vintage-looking photographs. Some of my favorite subjects are abandoned buildings and vehicles. Recently, I have become involved with photographing Cosplay at local Comic Conventions.
